THE SNP’s invitation to Believe in Scotland (BiS)and the Greens to join a panel discussion on achieving Scottish independence at their party conference could be a pivotal moment for the movement.
But only if the willingness to co-operate becomes a shared campaign that reaches far beyond the conference hall and into the public consciousness.
