Slim Majority of Catholics Backs Harris Over Trump: Poll

A poll of Catholic voters shows Vice President Kamala Harris winning the support of a razor-thin majority in her race for the White House against former President Donald Trump.

Harris was backed by 50.1% of 1,000 self-identified Catholics, compared to 42.7% who favored Trump, according to the ETWN News/Real Clear Opinion Research survey conducted Aug. 28-30.
