CHICAGO — After months of pleading and questioning, Allie Quigley was done hearing the noise.

The three-time All-Star finally succumbed to demands to compete in the 3-point contest after she had sworn the year before she wasn’t going to participate again.

After easily beating the field to win the 2022 WNBA 3-point contest Saturday at McCormick Place, the DePaul alumna became the first NBA or WNBA player to win four 3-point contests, eclipsing Carl Hodges and Larry Bird.
