Skinamarink labelled 'scariest film ever' with fans so 'disturbed' they want to vomit

Fans aren't getting a break when it comes to the fear factor and have labelled Skinamarink "scary as f***".

The horror film is the latest to set fans' pulses racing as after its release late last year and has left fans wanting to "vomit".

The movie follows two children who wake up in the middle of the night but discover their father is missing. They notice al the windows and doors in the property have also vanished in a spooky plot which sees fans peeking at the screen through closed palms.

Those who have already watched the paranormal picture were quick to head to social media to share their thoughts on the disturbing production.

One Twitter user described the odd sensation of feeling nauseous but loving the flick, writing: "Skinamarink made me want to throw up from how disturbing it was. F**king loved it."

Another was less appreciative, warning others: "Don’t watch Skinamarink I feel like I'm gonna throw up."

And a third added: "Just watched Skinamarink in theatres. Feel like I'm gonna vomit everywhere and die."

And a fourth agreed, saying: "Skinamarink is the scariest movie ever made. So tense I swore I'd throw up and my mind was begging for it to end."

"That movie is exactly what my nightmares are like and I was fully sobbing and hiding and holding in vomit watching this lol thanks," a frightened fifth exclaimed.

The fright-fest was launched in the US on February 9, with some hoping they'd be able to watch it from behind their settees instead of needing to run out of the cinema.

However, while there are currently no plans to make the film available to stream on platforms such as Netflix or Amazon Prime, the hit is available for users of Shudder.

The movie might be getting rave reviews from those who like to feel fear, but critics have had mixed reviews. So far, it has received a score of 71% on Rotten Tomatoes, while it offers a rather lowly 5.1/10 on IMDB.
