Simon Cowell alarmed fans earlier this year with his thin appearance and now the media mogul has been pictured cosying up to fiancée Lauren Silverman on social media after sharing his weight loss secrets. Simon, 62, was joined by Lauren, 45, and their son Eric, 8, in the photo, which was posted on ex-girlfriend Terri Seymour's Instagram.
The Britain's Got Talent judge and Lauren are set to marry later this year. Regarding the wedding, Birmingham Live reports: "I’ve kind of felt myself engaged for a long time, if I’m really being honest with you. Lockdown and Covid was probably make or break for many relationships.
“We were in the same house for over a year and I thought, ‘Well, actually, we get on really, really well’. And for Eric, as he gets older, he will be asked more and more about his parents, and I thought it was the right thing to do for him."

Simon's striking weight loss sparked concern for his health after he appeared on BGT earlier in the year. He said of his diet: “The most dramatic period was the first month where most of the weight comes off and you look at yourself and think ‘wow’. All I do is avoid just red meat - white meat is fine - and I eat loads of vegetables, salads and drink this great beer.
“If you’re on a diet you have to keep the food sensible, but it’s got to be interesting and tasty, then the diet’s surprisingly easy."
Viewers of the show were concerned the star was "seriously not a well man". One person wrote on social media: "Simon looks ill #britainsgottalent."
In a similar vein, another person commented: "Simon cowell with blood blistered fingers there this fell a seriously not a well man."
