Sickening footage shows girl, 16, being kicked in head during party attack

Police Echo

A sickening video shows a horrific attack on a 16-year-old girl at a party. The teenager's mum said her daughter "could have died".

The footage, filmed on a mobile phone, shows how the girl was punched and kicked in the head. It is believed that the attack happened on January 2 at a house in Knowsley Heights, Huyton, Merseyside. It is thought that the violence happened at around 7.30pm that evening.

The video includes audio of people asking the attacker to stop. She then asks onlookers to "pass that bottle" - believed to be a bottle of vodka, reports the LiverpoolECHO.
