Sia's estranged husband has been denied sole custody of their son.
Daniel Bernad filed an emergency order earlier this week to request he take on the care of 19-month-old Somersault Wonder, who is known as Summi, because he alleged the Chandelier hitmaker posed a "serious and immediate danger" to the little boy as she is an “unfit and unreliable parent struggling with substance abuse and addiction".
