Should people be more concerned with Chicago Bulls starting five?

Through the first few games of the NBA season, the Chicago Bulls have been disappointing. From a supposed players-only meeting after Opening Night to a near-disastrous loss to the Toronto Raptors, it’s been an ugly early stretch, to say the least. And to make matters worse, their 2-3 record doesn’t even fully reflect how bad the team has been.

In five games, the Bulls have totaled a +/- of -37, which is currently the third-worst mark in the league. And while their starting lineup is full of All-Star-caliber players, it’s also been fairly disappointing. Bulls starters have shot 40.3% from the field (second-worst in the NBA) and 26.2% from three-point range (worst in the NBA).

During a recent edition of NBC Sports Chicago’s “Bulls Talk,” KC Johnson and Kevin Anderson talked about the starting lineup.

The Bulls have been rough, and the starters are a big part of the problem.
