A £32 blanket is being praised by shoppers as a "godsend" for energy bills. Shoppers are loving the Catalonia TV blanket with sleeves which has been reduced by nearly half-price in the Amazon Prime Day sale.
The double-sided blanket with pockets is priced at £31.99 instead of £59.99 and is featured in Amazon's top deals for their second Prime event of the year. The retail giant has launched a huge sale today (October 11), their October Prime Day which will run for 48 hours.

One shopper has described the blanket as a "godsend" and said it created warmth within minutes. They said: "This was such a great buy. My daughter has Raynaud's and THIS is a godsend!!
"She almost constantly wears this and her hands are actually warm within minutes of wearing this. It's super soft, very long which means she can tuck it under her feet and it's just the best thing ever. Please try this for yourself, I promise you won't regret it, I have even got my family and most of my friends to buy this, and I am 'hella' stubborn to leave a five star review, it's got to be perfect, which this is."
Another Amazon reviewer said: "With the increase in energy bills and winter coming, figured I'd get myself something like this. It's incredibly warm and cosy and great for just lying/sitting around in. Sleeves are a little too large in diameter towards the wrist for my liking but overall it does the job I bought it for."
The blanket measures at 183cm in length and 140cm in width, and is designed to be worn backwards. The sherpa sleeved blanket is also reversible, with a fleece material.
