Osbourne family matriarch and former X Factor judge, Sharon Osbourne has been rushed to hospital in America after what's been reported as a 'medical emergency' while filming a TV show.
US celebrity site, TMZ, has reported that the wife of Black Sabbath singer Ozzy, fell ill while on the set of a paranormal TV show, which at this time is unnamed and taken to hospital. The alleged medical incident took place at the Glen Tavern Inn in Santa Paula, California which once featured on an episode of Ghost Adventurers.

A spokesperson for the Ventura County Fire Department told the news site that "EMS workers responded to a "medical call" at Tavern around 6:30 PM Friday and transported one patient to Santa Paula Hospital." Santa Paula Police Chief Don Aguilar confirmed Sharon was the patient. TMZ also spoke to the hotel whose manager confirmed an 'emergency' had happened but did not go into any details.

The 70-year-old and husband Ozzy have been dealing with a lot of medical issues lately, with Ozzy undergoing several surgeries in recent years while dealing with a Parkinson's diagnosis. The couple have been married since 1982 and have three children Jack, Kelly and Aimee.
