Seven people have been arrested and a stash of cannabis has been seized following a night-time police raid.
Officers attended an address on Westbourne Road, in Birkenhead, at around 8pm yesterday (Monday, August 1). A stash of suspected Class B drugs (cannabis) and a quantity of cash were found at the property.
Police arrested three women aged 54, 37 and 30, one man aged 27 and three males aged 17, 17 and 16, all from Birkenhead, on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class B drugs (cannabis). They have been taken into custody and will be questioned by police.
