A serious crash has taken place on one of Scotland's busiest roads this morning.
The one-vehicle smash took place on the A90 at Balmedie, Aberdeen, at around 8.15am.
Emergency crews are currently in attendance.
The northbound carriageway is currently down to one lane as a result of the incident.
Traffic Scotland has advised motorists to expect delays on approach.
The extent of the injuries of those involved is not yet known.
A Police Scotland spokesman said: "Officers are currently in attendance following a serious road crash involving one vehicle on the A90 at Balmedie, which was reported at around 8.15am on Monday, 21 February 2022.
"The northbound carriageway is currently down to one lane."
