CHENNAI: Tamil Nadu came back from two goals down to draw 2-2 against Madhya Pradesh in the senior men's National Hockey Championship on Tuesday.
In the Pool C encounter here at the Mayor Radhakrishnan Stadium, it was K Selvaraj's all-round show that helped TN get back into the contest. When it seemed like TN were all but out of the match at 0-2, Selvaraj found the back of the net via a penalty corner in the 43rd minute to ignite hopes. Nine minutes later, S Shanmugavel found the equalizer.
