Police searching for a vulnerable missing man from Lanarkshire have released new information on the last time he was seen.
Officers have now confirmed that Matthew Cosgrove was last seen around 3.30pm on Monday, February 27, on a dirt path near New Trows Road in Lanark. The sighting before this had been on Friday when he was reported missing from the local area.
The 55-year-old was wearing a white baseball cap, a black hooded top, and dark trousers.

His loved ones are becoming increasingly concerned about Matthew's welfare and have described him as suffering from a brain injury and prone to blackouts.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: "Anyone who may have seen Matthew since this time, or who has any information which may assist us with enquiries, is urged to contact Police Scotland via 101 quoting incident 1791 of 26th February 2023."
