Sean 'Diddy' Combs reportedly suffered a head injury during an alleged fight with fellow inmate Christopher 'Dudus' Coke at the Federal Correctional Institution Fort Dix in New Jersey. The account emerged on 14 October, two days after reports that the music mogul had been taken from the prison for medical treatment.

Unnamed prison sources claimed the confrontation occurred on 9 October and followed resentment over searches and confiscated mobile phones after reports about Combs' alleged privileges. Neither the fight nor its reported motive has been independently confirmed.
