Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing potential charges of racketeering and sex trafficking, according to his attorney, Marc Agnifilo. Agnifilo mentioned that although he has not yet seen the indictment, he anticipates the charges to be brought against Combs today.
Expressing a sense of preparedness, Agnifilo stated, 'We knew this was coming,' as he made his way into court. Combs had relocated to New York two weeks prior in expectation of the impending legal actions. Agnifilo confirmed that his client intends to plead not guilty to the charges.
Regarding Combs' surrender, Agnifilo explained, 'He came here to surrender at a time agreeable to the US attorney's office, and then they arrested him last night.' Despite the circumstances, Agnifilo conveyed that Combs remains in good spirits and is resolute in his innocence. 'He is dealing with this head-on the way he’s dealt with every challenge in his life, and he’s not guilty. He’s innocent of these charges,' the attorney affirmed.
Furthermore, Agnifilo expressed his commitment to securing Combs' release, emphasizing, 'I would fight like hell to get him released.' He argued that Combs should be granted release based on his voluntary surrender and his positive contributions. Agnifilo's unwavering support for his client was evident as he vowed to vigorously advocate for Combs' freedom.
