The Seattle Seahawks have selected Rutgers wide receiver Bo Melton in the seventh round of the 2022 NFL draft at No. 229 overall.
Melton shares the typical physical profile for the burner type of receiver that Seattle has drafted over the years. He comes in listed at 5-foot-11, 189 pounds. Over the last two seasons, Melton has totaled over 1,200 receiving yards and scored nine touchdowns.
At the combine, Melton posted a 38-inch vertical to go with a 4.34 second 40-yard dash time.
After this choice, the Seahawks have one more pick at No. 233 overall and then they’re done for the draft, barring another trade.
