As we inch closer to the return of football, with it simultaneously comes the return of the popular Madden franchise. The latest installment, Madden 25, comes in mid August. Of course, the hype for the game would not be complete without revealing the top ten players at each position group.
The Seattle Seahawks were snubbed for wide receiver rankings, as neither DK Metcalf nor Tyler Lockett were represented. Fortunately, EA Sports did get it right when it came to the running back position.
Coming in at No. 8 with an overall rating of 88 is Seahawks running back Kenneth Walker III.

Walker is a threat to take it to the house every time he touches the ball. Last year, Walker had 1,164 yards from scrimmage and nine total touchdowns for the man wearing the No. 9 jersey. Going into 2024, Walker should clearly be a focal point for Ryan Grubb’s offense, as the inability to feature him more consistently under Shane Waldron hurt Seattle’s consistency.
Historically speaking, the best Seahawks teams in franchise history were defined by an elite ground attack and defense. With Walker, they have at least the first half the equation solved.
