A Scottish mum was devastated after her 'Covid symptoms' turned out to be signs of terminal cancer.

Karen Campbell, from Glenrothes, had headaches and fatigue but believed she was suffering the long term effects of coronavirus.

The 60-year-old gran caught the virus in July 2021 and was initially relieved after a trip to the GP and clear brain screen at Victoria Hospital in Fife in January led to a Long Covid diagnosis.
