Scottish Government announces 20 deaths and 8,275 covid cases in last 24 hours

The Scottish Government have confirmed 20 people have died from coronavirus in the last 24 hours.

The death toll since March 2020 – of people who first tested positive for the virus within the previous 28 days – is 10,275.

The latest figures for Scotland showed 8,275 new cases had also been identified overnight.
