A shopper left onlookers baffled after strapping a massive chest of drawers and mirror to the roof of his car.
The unusual scene took place at Linwood Retail Park in Paisley as the man attempted to transport the furniture to its final destination.
Much to everyone’s surprise, the motorist successfully managed to move his new purchase - with social media users praising his efforts, Glasgow Live reports.
The picture taker wrote: "This isn't dumb in the slightest and we all doubted him. This guy deserves a round of applause and a few pints for his effort."
The post garnered hundreds of likes and comments.
One commenter complimented the man's securing skills: "We drove behind him all the way and were impressed by how secure it was. Well done."
Others looked to give the driver some advice on the way he packed up the furniture.
