Scots mum forced to move from 'mouldy' flat after 'mushrooms began growing on the walls'

A Perth grandmother has shared her disgust at living conditions in a city flat rented from Perth and Kinross Council by her daughter and grandson.

Helen Osbourne, 67, and her husband William have had to visit their daughter’s Stormont Street flat daily to empty buckets catching water dripping through ceilings from the flat above.

Helen says her daughter, Tanisha Fraser, 25, is allergic to mould and has a five-year-old son with asthma.
