A perverted grandad was caught with a sick video depicting a girl being kidnapped while walking home from school before being raped.
Paul Mackie, 70, was snared with a vile haul of child abuse footage and photographs after cops swooped on his Edinburgh home.
One depraved video was entitled “Thirteen-year-old Becky was walking home from school when she was kidnapped, taken to a disused warehouse, and raped”.
Edinburgh Sheriff Court was told the film showed the youngster being abused by “adult men”.
Mackie appeared at the court on Friday and admitted possessing indecent photos of children on August 5 last year.
Fiscal depute Susan Dickson said police executed a search warrant on that day at the pensioner's address in the city’s Restalrig area.
Ms Dickson said officers seized a phone and other devices during the raid.
The court heard child abuse material featuring girls aged between ten and 12 being raped by men were recovered.
Ms Dickson said ten unique videos were recovered from the devices and were at the Category A - or worst - level.
She said 38 Category A images were found along with five at Category B and nine at Category C.
Sheriff Wendy Sheehan deferred sentence on first offender Mackie until July for reports.
