Scots cops frantically search for missing teen girl who vanished two days ago

Police Scotland has launched a missing person investigation in a bid to track down a teenage girl who vanished more than 48 hours ago.

Angel Neilson was last seen in the village of Camelon, near Falkirk, on Wednesday. But she disappeared from the area, and an appeal has now been made to the public in an attempt to track her down. Police Scotland's Forth Valley Police Division shared the appeal on its Facebook and Twitter pages.

The Facebook appeal read: "Police in Grangemouth are appealing for information to assist us in tracing 17 year old Angel Neilson, who has been missing since 1000 hours on Wednesday 4th January 2023. Angel was last seen in the Camelon area, however has links to Falkirk, Caldercuix and Bathgate.

The Twitter appeal said: "Police are appealing for information to assist in tracing Angel Neilson, who has been missing since 10am on 04/01/23. Angel was last seen in Camelon, however has links to Falkirk, Caldercuix and Bathgate." Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call 101 and quote 0026 of 05/01/23.
