Scotland are without Nathan Patterson for tonight’s crucial World Cup play-off semi-final tie against Ukraine in Glasgow.
Steve Clarke confirmed ahead of the huge showdown at Hampden Park that the Everton defender has failed to recover from an ankle operation performed two months ago.
The Scots boss said on Tuesday: “Everyone except Nathan [is fit]. Nathan has run out of time a little bit for the first game. So Nathan won't be involved in the first game but everyone else is good to go.”
Arsenal’s Kieran Tierney was not called up for the internationals while coming back from a knee injury, with Ryan Jack and Kenny McLean also out. Rangers midfielder Jack was replaced by Allan Campbell earlier in the week due to a calf problem.
