Scotland's most expensive petrol stations named as prices 'unbelievably high'

UK petrol prices have soared to record highs as drivers fork over eye-watering sums at the pumps.

Brits will be hit by "unbelievably high prices on forecourts", the RAC warned.

A fuel spokesperson for the RAC said that a tank of petrol now costs almost £88, while diesel "has now gone over £92".

The Ukraine crisis has hit already rising fuel costs as Russia is the second largest producer of crude oil in the world, providing a third of Europe's total oil supplies.
