Scotland's most affordable streets by city where homes sell for less than £60k

As house prices continue to soar across the country, reaching record highs over the last year, it is getting harder and harder to afford a new home.

The average house price in Scotland now costs an eye-watering £177,166.

Figures from the UK House Price Index show the price is a 14.6% rise in July 2020 and a 2% increase from June of the same year.
