Resignations in Scotland are “severely impacting” the mid-market, as job vacancies reach record highs in the UK.
Business advisory firm Grant Thornton surveyed 50 mid-sized businesses in Scotland, finding that more than 54% are experiencing unusually high attrition rates – with more people leaving their business than normal.
The firm defines a mid-sized business as between £50m and £500m in annual turnover.
