Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah held separate telephone talks on Sunday with General Abdel Fattah al-Burhan, head of Sudan's transitional governing Sovereign Council, and commander of the Rapid Support Forces General Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo, known as Hemedti.
He underscored the Kingdom’s call for calm and prioritizing national interest of Sudan.
He underlined its call to end all forms of military escalation.
Prince Faisal stressed to the officials the importance of returning to the framework agreement that would ensure that the security and stability of Sudan and its people are achieved.
