St Kilda have received an important triple boost after Jack Sinclair, Callum Wilkie and Jack Higgins all signed new deals that will tie them to the Saints until the end of 2027.
Higgins was due to come out of contract at the end of this season, while vice-captain Wilkie and Sinclair still had one more year to run.
The trio join Jack Steele and Rowan Marshall as being locked in until 2027.
Young talents Anthony Caminiti (2026) and Nasiah Wanganeen-Milera (2025) signed fresh deals earlier this season, giving the Saints an important nucleus of players locked in for the medium and long-term under coach Ross Lyon.
Higgins, who underwent brain surgery in 2020 to fix a brain bleed while at Richmond, leads the Saints' goalkicking tally in 2023 with 27 majors.
"For as long as I can remember, I've always wanted to play for St Kilda and to have the opportunity to sign on for another four years isn't lost on me," Higgins said in a statement.
"I know first-hand the passion being a Saint brings and I hope I can help translate that on-field for the rest of this season and the ones to come.
"I've had so many people help me along the way and I'm really keen to see where we can take the mighty red, white and black in the future."
Sinclair has been in hot form at half-back and through the midfield this season.
Wilkie, who last weekend played his 100th consecutive game for the club, has been a rock in defence.
"We've taken steps forward as a club and I want to be there when we take the next important one as a club in the coming seasons," Wilkie said.
"The Saints took a punt on me through the rookie draft a few years back, and I've been lucky enough to have 100 games to my name thanks to their investment and trust in me."
The fifth-placed Saints (9-6) take on Melbourne at Marvel Stadium on Saturday night.
