Celtic have been linked with Dutch attacker Said Hamulic with the Stal Mielic hitman emerging as another alternative to Giorgos Giakoumakis.
Record Sport first broke the story that Giakoumakis is set to leave in January after his contract talks broke down and they have since been linked with South Korea's World Cup star Cho Gue-sung. He looks to be the man Ange Postecoglou wants should Giakoumakis leave and his side will play in the last 16 after a shock win over Portugal sent Uruguay packing on goal difference.
But Tutto Mercato now say Hamulic, who has nine goals in 17 games in the Polish league this season, is another player they have an eye on. The Italian interest in the situation comes as they say teams from Serie A as well as Belgium, Holland and France are keen - but they say Celtic are the "most active" of the clubs interested.
Hamulic only joined the Polish side from Dainava in Lithuania back in the summer but his form since has been mightily impressive. He's previously spent time in the Netherlands with Go Ahead Eagles.
