Rylan Clark has created somewhat of a rod for his own back as any time he goes away he's flooded with the same type of comment. Taking to Instagram earlier this week, the BBC Radio 2 star shared a video featuring some touristy snaps from a recent trip to New York.
The Instagram Reel started with Rylan taking 'control' of the aircraft as he left his hometown of Essex and jetted Stateside and was also seen posing with the pilot. He was then seen enjoying a glass of fizz as he chose the luxury option when it comes to air travel. Other images and clips showed Rylan arriving in the Big Apple with a female pal before enjoying the delights the city had to offer.
From visiting Times Square to seeing the Statue of Liberty and partying in some of the city's best bars and clubs, the 34-year-old looked like he had a blast across the pond. "NYC 2023," Rylan captioned the post with a heart.
And while some fans were quick to gush over his trip, others had just one thing on their mind - Rylan's garden guest. Just before Christmas the TV and radio favourite had fans in stitches as he tried to figure out how to be the hostest with the mostest to an unexpected guest in his garden - aka a pheasant.
Sharing a video to his Instagram story, Rylan could be heard talking as he filmed his back garden. "Morning everyone... just a quick one to say, Patrice is still having a fight with himself," the former X Factor star could be heard saying. "He's woke me up this morning with how loud he's been."
But the videos and updates have continued and Rylan's fans and followers now expect regular Patrice content, as the comments of his New York post has proven. @winnieroxer said: "Fabulous but also how’s Patrice?!" @joanne.welch.14 asked: "Have you seen Patrice??"
@christinetidy wrote: "Where's Patrice, I hope your mum is still feeding him." @stellrthomas replied: "Great stuff, hope someone's looking after Patrice." @rebeccadean1 posted: "Well thank god you’re alive…kept wondering where you’d been!…just like most other have been asking though….who’s looking after Patrice?" @nikkipower1959 added: "Is Patrice being looked after."
Rylan then returned to Instagram to share a beautiful photo of himself looking up at the countless billboards the fill Times Square. However, his outfit caused some confusion. He could be seen sporting a grey duvet coat and a pair of grey skinny jeans that he paired with a black tee. He completed his look with Nike trainers and a black cap.
