People set to fly with Ryanair this month have been urged to check their departure date.
The warning comes as the budget airline announced its online check-in process will be down temporarily.
As a result, holidaymakers could be landed with an unexpected fee before they even board the plane and start their holiday.

According to the Daily Record, the Ryanair website and app is set to undergo maintenance for an 11-hour period with the outage starting at 6pm on November 8 and ending at 5am the following day on November 9.
Ryanair charges customers £55 for failing to check in online if their flight departs in less than two hours, or £30 for flights to Spain. With this in mind, travellers are being urged to check in ahead of time to avoid an extra charge.
