A Ryanair passenger says she plans to open a bakery after bagging €100,000 thanks to a flight she took to Portugal. Laura Mereacre moved to Liverpool from the country five years ago.
On a recent flight, Laura bought a €2 charity scratch card. That led to her, along with her husband and two children, being invited to Ryanair's headquarters to play for €1m. She ultimately walked away with a €100,000 cash prize, reports the Liverpool ECHO.
Laura said she was thinking about opening a bakery with her winnings, as well as potentially spending them on her family and mortgage. She said: "This has been an amazing experience that I’m delighted to be a part of. Words can’t describe how lucky and blessed I feel by this amazing opportunity.
