Ryan Reynolds shares support for cyclists riding in memory of Scots rugby legend Doddie Weir

Ryan Reynolds has thrown his support behind the 200 cyclists taking part in the Doddie Cup 555 who set off on their journey Cardiff to Murrayfield in Edinburgh today.

The Deadpool star, who owns Wrexham AFC with pal and comedian Rob McElhenney, wished the riders good luck as they embarked on their journey and sent a warm welcome to The Racecourse Ground, the home of his team, where the peloton will stop on Friday morning (February 10).

The Marvel actor has fronted the Disney+ documentary Welcome to Wrexham which follows Reynolds and It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia creator McElhenney working together to transform the team.
