Ryan Reynolds' Wrexham have not raised their season ticket prices - despite gaining promotion to the English Football League (EFL).
Wrexham, who are co-owned by Hollywood stars Reynolds and Rob McElhenney, won the National League title last Saturday by beating Boreham Wood 3-1 at the Racecourse. Phil Parkinson's side will play in League Two next season after a 15-year exile.
Wrexham have become one of the world's most talked about clubs thanks to their owners and could've increased their season ticket prices as a result... but they didn't. It's another sign of just how much Reynolds and McElhenney have fallen in love with the club.
It's not uncommon for clubs to increase season ticket prices, even if they aren't promoted. Wrexham announced their freeze on season ticket prices in February, with the deadline to renew passing on Wednesday. The renewal window opened two months ago.
Those who've renewed have received a £5 discount on next season's shirt if they pre-order it. A lot of supporters will use that voucher, as this season's shirt sold out due to unprecedented demand. More than 24,000 shirts were sold by January.
Wrexham's popularity has soared since Reynolds and McElhenney completed their takeover in February 2021. Much of this has to do with their successful docuseries, Welcome to Wrexham , which has grown their fanbase in the United States.

Fans from across the world are now travelling to Racecourse to watch Wrexham in action. Their popularity is expected to grow further next year when they try to beat the likes of Doncaster, Wimbledon, Tranmere and Grimsby to the League Two title.
Wrexham are set to tour the United States this summer, with friendlies against Chelsea and Manchester United pencilled in the diary. More Premier League fixtures could be on the horizon next season if the FA Cup or Carabao Cup draw goes in their favour.
Reynolds and McElhenney were in tears after Wrexham secured the National League title in their most recent outing, such is their love for the club. Reynolds is even set to buy a £1.5million house in the village of Marford, located just north of Wrexham.
Reynolds tweeted after Saturday's triumph: "Everything I own smells like champagne, beer and grass. I'm still somewhere between giggling and sobbing. This town and this sport is one of the most romantic things on earth. Thank you, Wrexham."
Reacting to a video of him celebrating with Reynolds, McElhenney tweeted: "You can see something leave both of our bodies at the same time. And then we're filled back up an indescribable amount of joy and gratitude... I have no other words than THANK YOU."
McElhenney also showed his class by urging Notts County fans to buy a season ticket for their club after they pushed Wrexham all the way in the promotion race. He wrote: "This is an absolute bargain. I encourage anyone in the area to do this if you can. Notts County are one of the most exciting teams in sports."
