At the end of the sixth and final round on Saturday at the AO Arena in Manchester, England, Dillon Danis attempted to pull Logan Paul to the ground, which resulted in a disqualification for Logan Paul.
According to ring announcer Michael Buffer, Paul, the YouTube celebrity and professional wrestler, dominated and entered the sixth round having won each of the prior rounds on all judges cards.
Since the fight was publicized, Danis has been persistently harassing Nina Agdal, Paul’s fiancée, on social media. This harassment culminated in a chaotic and contentious final round.
The event came to a dramatic end when Danis attempted to pulldown via guillotine, which caused security to flood the boxing arena.
“Danis is a good troll, he’s done a great job, I’ve got all the back end, and he’s got none of it. So s—, keep lining my pockets, shout out. He gets a flat rate. I don’t even have a flat rate,” said Paul in media reports.
“Dillon Danis truly is a coward,” said Paul in media reports.
“Just a dirty, dirty human being. … This (training) camp was so hard. Dealing with a guy like that was not easy. He’s a true demon, a true coward,” said Paul in media reports.
During the course of the week, Paul and Danis had traded insults, charges, jabs, potshots, and profanities.
“This was trash leave it on the internet Dazn don’t put this stuff on again it’s embarrassing,” said Ryan Garcia in a tweet.
