Ryan Christie says it's always nice to come away with Scotland as the Bournemouth playmaker reflects on his season so far, one year on from leaving Celtic.
It was a shock to some that the former Inverness star left Parkhead for the English Championship last summer but he's reaping the rewards of that now, playing Premier League football at the Cherries. Christie's confidence no doubt increased on Saturday as he provided an assist for fellow former Celtic player Jack Hendry and scored the winning goal in a 2-1 Scotland win over the Republic of Ireland at Hampden, and he says it's been nice to get away with Steve Clarke's side after a busy start domestically.
