A Russian woman, aged 57, who was previously arrested for stowing away on a flight from New York City to Paris last month, has been arrested again in Buffalo, authorities confirmed. The woman, identified as Svetlana Dali, was set to appear in federal court in Buffalo on Tuesday afternoon, according to a spokesperson for the U.S. attorney's office for western New York.

Reports indicate that Dali managed to evade security measures at John F. Kennedy International Airport and successfully boarded a Delta Air Lines flight to Paris as a stowaway on November 26. Upon arrival in Paris on November 27, French law enforcement officials intercepted Dali at the gate and took her into custody.

Following her apprehension in Paris, Dali, who is a legal U.S. resident, was transported back to New York and arraigned in federal court in Brooklyn on December 5 on charges related to being a stowaway. Subsequently, at a bail hearing the next day, a U.S. Magistrate Judge granted Dali release under the conditions of electronic monitoring, residing at the home of an acquaintance in Philadelphia whom she had met through church activities, and adhering to a curfew.

Details surrounding Dali's recent arrest in Buffalo on Monday have not been disclosed by federal prosecutors. It is reported that her attorney from the Brooklyn court case has not provided any comments regarding the latest development.
