Konstantin Kosacehv, a senator at the Federation Council and chair of its Foreign Relations Committee, conveyed his shock at the 'irreparable loss' of Kirillov. He stated firmly that the perpetrators of this heinous act will face punishment, emphasizing that justice will be served without mercy.
