Russian neo-Nazi Viacheslav Datsik recorded a stunning first round KO over former MMA star Alexander Emelianenko.
Datsik has fought eight times as a professional kickboxer with six wins and two defeats in addition to having an extensive MMA background, which has largely shrouded by his status as a white-supremacist and Neo-Nazi. He took on former MMA star and convicted rapist Emelianenko in the squared circle.
The pair fought at a Hardcore Boxing event in Moscow in a brutal heavyweight clash which ended in quick-fire fashion with Datsik having the crucial final say. Datsik began the contest quickly with a series of stiff jabs before landing a huge left-hook which brought the crowd off their feet early on.
He then followed up his shot with a series of thunderous hooks which saw his opponent backed on to the ropes, before Emelianenko was sent tumbling to the canvas with another big left hand. The referee sent Datsik back to his corner and made the count before electing to halt the contest in just the first period.
Emelianenko apologised for this defeat and issued a rematch call-out after the fight on social media, writing: “I apologise to the fans and the fans. To everyone who rooted for me. I chased Datsik, underestimated him. I won’t do that again. I will talk to Hardcore Boxing to arrange a rematch. I will definitely beat him."
Eventual winner Datsik made his MMA debut back in 1999 when he defeated former UFC star Andrei Arlovski with a dramatic knockout. However, after his career ended in 2006 after a series of defeats, it became clear that he had joined as a follower of the Slavic Union white supremacist organisation.

Datsik was then locked in a mental asylum before escaping in 2010 while wearing Nazi symbols and fleeing to Norway. The Russian has served a total of nine years in prison for various offences, including armed robbery of phone shops in 2007.
Later, in 2016, he was found guilty of hooliganism, breaking and entering and a "premeditated attack on the health of others" after a raid on brothels where he forced prostitutes to march through the streets naked. He was handed a three-and-a-half-year sentence but was released after less than a year in February 2019. He has since resumed his fighting career as a boxer and kickboxer.
Meanwhile, his Russian rival is known for being the brother of Fedor Emelianenko, but was thrown in at the deep end in his career with fights against the likes of Sergei Kharitonov and Fabricio Werdum. His time in the sport was brought to an abrupt halt after he tested positive for Hepatitis B which saw him unable to compete in any sanctioned clashes.
Emelianenko was then convicted of kidnap and rape against his house keeper in 2015 but was released from jail after serving just 18 months of his four-and-a-half year sentence. He has since gone on a five fight winning streak with Russian MMA promotions before turning to bare-knuckle boxing where he defeated Jeff Monson earlier this year.
