Ukrainian air defence troops destroyed Russian kamikaze drones targeting Kyiv yesterday in the capital’s worst attack in several weeks of air strikes.
It is believed all 13 Iranian-made missiles were downed but the wreckage smashed into four residential buildings and one administrative complex.
Fragments from one of the drones contained the words “For Ryazan” – the region in western Russia where a military base was attacked last week.
