Dual citizen accused of passing Ukraine intel to Russia

A Russian-Australian man has been accused of passing information on Ukrainian military activity to Russian intelligence.

Vladimir Teslov, a 27-year-old man from Victoria, was arrested in Brisbane's southwest on Thursday and charged with attempting to engage in foreign interference.
