Russian and Belarusian athletes allowed to compete at Paris 2024 Olympics as neutrals

Athletes from Russia and Belarus will be allowed to compete as neutrals at the Paris 2024 summer Olympics.

The International Olympic Committee (IOC) said on Tuesday that sporting federations had requested a decision "as soon as possible" amid the ongoing Russian invasion of Ukraine.
