A sprawling lakefront estate in Bellevue, Washington, that belongs to former NFL quarterback Russell Wilson and Grammy-winning singer Ciara, is officially in contract to change hands for $21.25 million, according to The Wall Street Journal, which cited a person familiar with the deal. When taken together with the separate sale of an adjacent parcel that held the couple's sports court, completed in 2022 for $9.75 million. The combined real estate transaction for the entire contiguous compound was set to reach $31 million.

The transaction follows a two-year marketing effort done for the luxury compound. In April 2022, the 11,100-square-foot Mediterranean-style primary residence announced its arrival in the open real estate market for a premium asking price of $36 million which included the adjacent lot. This closely coincided with the high-profile offseason trade which saw the transfer of Wilson from the Seattle Seahawks to the Denver Broncos.
After two separate market price adjustments, the initial asking price of the house, which stood at $28 million on its own, was brought down to $24.9 million, until it was secured by a buyer at a $21.25 million contract. Public property records suggest that Wilson, who married Ciara in July 2016 and shares three children with her, bought the main estate parcel for $6.7 million in 2015 and made a $14.6 million gain on the primary structure alone.
What the mansion offers across three floors
Overlooking Lake Washington and the Seattle skyline, the three-story residential estate sits on 1.06 acres of land. Inside, the floor plan accommodates six bedrooms and five full en-suite bathrooms. Additionally, there's a powder room, and all interior levels are made accessible through an integrated three-story elevator system.
The main entrance opens into a grand foyer featuring a winding spiral staircase and there’s a chandelier overhead and coffered ceiling. The main-level common area has a fireside living room which is highlighted by a curved wall of glass and an attached formal dining space. While the primary gourmet kitchen includes two Sub-Zero refrigerators and a gas range, all centred around a 14-foot prep island.
A primary bedroom suite offers a private terrace access with a wood-burning fireplace and a dedicated alcove seating area. Its attached master bathroom suite boasts dual vanities alongside a soaking tub, a walk-in closet, and an adjoined vanity glamour room with its own fireplace. Elsewhere the home serves as a recreational haven fully equipped with a home theater, an au pair suite, a recording studio, two home offices, a sunroom, two separate fitness studios, and three specialized children’s playrooms.
