The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 just dropped and proved itself an excellent performer for the price, so you might think it’s a good time to consider jumping to a modern gaming PC rig and getting the current-gen performance and features without paying the premium for top-tier parts. iBUYPOWER is ready to help you do just that with its new lineup of RTX 4070-based RDY gaming desktops, which put robust components and Windows 11 into a gaming-ready rig priced around $2,000.
iBUYPOWER’s new RDY rigs come with all you need to get gaming at a high level and will do so quickly, with free two-day shipping included in the price. At the heart of these systems is the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070. This thing is a little beast, packing 5,888 CUDA cores that can clock up to 2,475Mz. It also has 12GB of GDDR6X memory—more than the original 10GB RTX 3080 before it. While comparisons to the RTX 3080 abound, this graphics card is more efficient than that card and can therefore be smaller, run cooler, and rely on a more affordable power supply to run. And even then, it often keeps pace with or beats the RTX 3080 in benchmarks. Tapping into the RTX 40-Series’ DLSS 3.0 Frame Generation technology—a feature that creates in-between frames using AI and fixed-function Ada GPU hardware to smooth out gameplay visuals—the RTX 4070 can push ahead in compatible games.
