Presenter Des Cahill has shared a stunning snap of himself and his wife as they celebrated their anniversary in Clare over the weekend.
Taking to Twitter, the presenter of RTE's Sunday Sport said: "Anniversary night… we're still in Ennis! #UpTheBanner".
The pair looked overjoyed to be out celebrating the occasion as they smiled for the camera.
Des wore a black jumper and jacket with a white shirt, while wife Caroline looked incredible in a long wrap over style dress with a black and blue leopard print fabric.
Last year after becoming a grandad, Des admitted that he hadn't always been there for his wife and their children Amy and Paul when they were young.
After starting his career with RTE in 1984, Des was sent to cover various international sporting events while his wife welcomed the new arrivals to their family.
He told the RTE Guide: "Caroline was on her own.
"Now she's a very capable, strong woman, but as I say, recent experiences made me far more aware."
He told RSVP Live Caroline is "the centre of the craic" when she is at a party.
Adding: "She'd be the quiet one normally, but when there's parties in the house and a singsong, she'd be the centre of the craic."
Des explained that Caroline, who is from Donegal, keeps him grounded and prevents him from getting too wrapped up in the celebrity lifestyle.
As Des now supports a number of charities that help parents who have difficulties with birth, he said he understands a lot more.
He said: "Having a healthy baby born is such a blessing.
"I'm involved with a few charities where parents have difficulties with birth, and this makes me realise the relief and joy of having a healthy baby."
He added, "Some people can be desperately unlucky, and we should never take that luck for granted.
"It makes you realise that you should enjoy it all, and I do, even when he pukes on my shirt."
Speaking of his daughter Amy before she gave birth, he said: "I understood a lot more.
"She had a tough labour, a tricky birth, no worse than so many others, I guess, but it was a big thing. I really wanted it to go well."
