Rs 1835 cr transferred into bank accounts of 1.25 cr Ladli Behna scheme beneficiaries in MP

Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav on Sunday transferred Rs 1,835 crore to over 1.25 crore beneficiaries as the 38th instalment of the state government's flagship Ladli Behna Yojana.

Addressing a programme at Lahar in Bhind district, Yadav said the state government was committed to women's empowerment in line with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision and described the Ladli Behna Yojana as a "revolutionary" initiative.
