Laura Woods was left surprised with Roy Keane after the former Manchester United captain described Kevin De Bruyne’s performance against Bristol City as “sexy” as Manchester City reached the quarter-finals of the FA Cup.

Phil Foden scored twice and Kevin De Bruyne added late gloss as the six-time FA Cup winners ended Bristol City’s unbeaten 12-game run before a capacity crowd in the West Country.

Dissecting the game afterwards, Keane was highly complimentary of De Bruyne’s performance and shocked many with his choice of language.
