The first Roxy Lanes games venue in Wales has been confirmed. The company behind the brand, Roxy Leisure, has committed to a 20,000 sq ft venue in the centre of Cardiff.
It will provide an array of activities from bowling and American pool to ice free curling and batting cages. Located on the ground floor unit 11-25 on Queen Street it will also offer an American-style food and drinks menu.
Property advisory frim Savills and joint agent Calan Retail acted behalf of the landlord Mahavir Properties on the letting deal.
It has taken on space previously occupied by DW Sports.
Roxy Leisure was founded by Matthew Jones and Ben Jones in 2013 and currently has 13 sites across the UK in Leeds, Sheffield, Manchester, Nottingham, Liverpool, Birmingham, Edinburgh and Bristol. Its new Cardiff venue is scheduled to open in the spring.
